Tracy, thanks for the reminder. This is great.  And should be a big help to the Race Directors (who are all pulling their hair out the days/nights before the race).  Should they buy one case of water or 10????   i cup of chowder or 10 gallons.  If you know you are going, it really helps the organizers to get a little (even if non commital/non binding) heads up.
