If you still need a person to take notes, I am happy to volunteer.
You have helped me out several times in the past and I am happy to
help you now.

On an aerobic note, I just came in from my morning row. I have
found that it is delightful to row by the light of the moon. I am
wearing my first layer of ski gear to keep warm, but it is a great
way to wake up.
